Refund Policy
Last updated — January 2026
Corecut Studios provides custom, professional design and technology services. Because our work is bespoke and time-based, this policy explains how deposits, milestones, and refunds are handled. The specific terms for any project are set out in its signed proposal, which controls if it differs from this page.
1. Deposits
Engagements typically begin with a deposit that reserves studio time and covers initial discovery and structure work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they compensate for capacity committed to your project.
2. Milestone payments
Projects are billed against milestones defined in the proposal. Fees for a milestone that has been delivered and accepted are non-refundable. Fees paid in advance for work not yet started may be refundable as described below.
3. Cancellations
- If you cancel before work on a milestone begins, any amount paid for that milestone is refundable, less non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- If you cancel while a milestone is in progress, we will invoice for work completed to date and refund the remainder for that milestone, if any.
4. Work delivered as agreed
We do not offer refunds for completed work that meets the agreed scope simply because of a change in circumstances or preference. We will, however, address deliverables that do not meet the agreed specification through the revision process in your proposal.
5. Requesting a refund
To request a refund, email hello@corecutstudios.com with your project name and details. We aim to review and respond to eligible requests within ten business days.
6. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@corecutstudios.com or Corecut Studios, 1906 Akron Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30315.
